Pepperoni Chips

  • 20 ounces of thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1 microwave safe plate
  • 4 sheets of paper towels

Lay out the slices of pepperoni evenly [pieces should not touch] on a 4 paper towels and put in microwave oven for about 2 minutes [depending on the power of your unit, look for pepperoni to crisp up]. With 20 ounces of pepperoni, you will have to repeat this process a few times.

Remove from microwave and let cool.

Serve in a large bowl as an alternative to potato chips [crisps].
