Cinnamon Crisps Dessert Recipe
- 12 large fresh tortilla shells [found in grocery refrigerator sections]
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
In a shaker, add cinnamon and sugar. Shake it until blended well. Set aside.
Stack tortilla shells on top of each other. Use a knife to cut into 16 pieces [cut pie-shape in eight equal pieces and cut those 8 pieces in half in the middle of the pieces.] Put pieces in a bowl. Pour on the butter and toss until all pieces are coated with butter.
Spread tortilla pieces evenly over the cookie sheet. Bake for 3 minutes. Quickly remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over hot chips. Let cool.
