Hot Yeast Biscuits

Melt shortening and let cool, but don't let it get hard again. Mix yeast with warm water and let set 20 minutes. Combine eggs and water. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add egg/water and yeast alternately to dry ingredients. Mix with dough hook or your hands. Add shortening a little at a time. Don't knead (dough will be very soft and sticky). When well-mixed, put in refrigerator for 1-1/2 hours or overnight. Dough will rise in the refrigerator. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick and dip in melted butter; place in pan and set in a warm place to rise until double in size. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
