Shrimp Dip
This shrimp dip makes a great alternative for hearty, flavoured chips or for robust crackers such as Trisket, Chicken N Biscuit, or Savory Chips.
- 2 cans shrimp
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
Allow cream cheese to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl, cream all ingredients together until evenly distributed. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving, but best if let to chilled overnight.
