- 1 dozen beaten eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbs. ginger
- 1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
In a large mixing bowl, beat all ingredients together until smooth.
Let a waffle iron heat up (unless it is Teflon coated, you will need to lubricate it).
Pour a thin layer of the batter on the iron and press down for about 2 minutes. The finished wafer will be light brown and can be served hot or cold.
