Italian Dressing Recipe

This version is for the Americanized Italian Dressing

  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Combine ingredients in a quart jar and shake well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Will keep up to 1 month. Shake before each use.
