Herbed Hummus
- 15oz. can chick peas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parley
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
In a blender or food processor, add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic, water, parsley, olive oil. Blend on a puree setting until all ingredients are well combined for about 30 seconds.
Chill for about 30 minutes and serve as a spread or a dip. Will keep for about 3 days if covered properly.
