  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Dinner

  • 3 ounce grilled chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoon oil and vinegar dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 sliced tomato

Evening Snack

  • 3 cup plain popcorn
