Breakfast

- unlimited black decaffeinated coffee or herbal tea
Mid-Morning Snack
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Lunch
- 1 sandwich (2 slices toasted whole wheat bread, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, 4 slices of bacon, 1 slice tomato, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce)
- 1-12 ounce diet soda
- 1 small orange
Mid-Afternoon Snack
- 8 salted crackers
- 1 ounce turkey white meat
- 8 ounce orange juice
Dinner
- 5 ounces broiled ham steak
- 1 steamed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- 2 teaspoon oil and vinegar dressing
Evening Snack
- 1 cup unsweetened puffed rice cereal
