- 1 toasted english muffin with 1 pat butter
- unlimited black decaffeinated coffee or herbal tea
Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- 2 teaspoon oil and vinegar dressing
- 6 slices melba toast
- 1-12 ounce diet soda
- 1 small orange
Mid-Afternoon Snack
Dinner
- 1/2 cup boiled lima beans
- 1/2 cup boiled carrots
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 teaspoon oil and vinegar dressing
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 4 ounces broiled tuna
