Sensible Diet Plan Day 1

Breakfast

  • 3/4 cup cold cereal (non-children's version, Cheerios, Wheaties, Special K...)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 toasted english muffin with 1 pat butter
  • unlimited black decaffeinated coffee or herbal tea

Mid-Morning Snack

  • 3 stalks of celery

Lunch

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • 2 teaspoon oil and vinegar dressing
  • 6 slices melba toast
  • 1-12 ounce diet soda
  • 1 small apple

Mid-Afternoon Snack

  • 2 large carrots

Dinner

  • 1/2 cup boiled lima beans
  • 1/2 cup boiled broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 teaspoon oil and vinegar dressing
  • 1/2 melon
  • 4 ounces broiled salmon

Evening Snack

  • 3 cup plain popcorn
