Sweet And Delicious Crazy Cow Cake Recipe

This is a pretty easy recipe. Either make your own chocolate cake according to the package ingredients or go to a bakery and buy a plain, unfrosted sheet of chocolate cake. Cake which is a day or two old is perfect. Or if you have a chocolate cake you made that went wrong in the oven, this is the best solution to hide it.

This cake is not pretty, but extremely delicious.

12"x12" sheet of chocolate cake
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup caramel syrup
1 cup crushed chocolate toffee candy bars + 3 tablespoons for garnishing
1/2 cup chocolate chips + 3 tablespoons for garnishing
3 cups whipped cream

Line a 12x12 pan with wax or parchment paper on the bottom and around the sides.

Pour a thin layer of sweetened condensed milk on the first layer on top of the paper.

Break up the chocolate cake into many pieces. This does not have to be neatly cut, tear into it with your hands and destroy it, just don't make the pieces too small. Each chunk of cake should be roughly half the size of the palm of an adult's hand.

In a mixing bowl, add the cake remnants along with the toffee candy and chocolate chips. Toss until the mixture is even. Spread into the pan and gently pat the mix together, just don't squeeze it too hard.

Pour over the top the remaining sweetened condensed milk along with 1/4 cup caramel and 1/4 cup chocolate syrup [leave about 1/4 cup of each syrup for later]. Make sure the whole mix is saturated with these liquid. This will serve as the binder.

Top off the cake with whipped cream. Drizzle over the remaining syrup and garnish with chocolate chips and toffee candy.

This cake must be kept refrigerated until you are ready to eat it. Serves about 8-10 people.
