Make Your Own Blue Cheese Dressing

1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
2 tablespoons finely cut fresh onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 ounces crumbled Bleu cheese

In a blender on low speed, add one at a time the oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and milk. Turn speed up to medium then add the remaining ingredients one at a time. The mixture will be semi-lumpy. Pour into a glass or ceramic container. Will keep up to 1 week.
